A Strategic Cooperation Agreement was signedbetween Dalian Wanda Group, one of the largestcommercial organizations of the People’s Republicof China, and Mar Yapı Group, which is known for itsinnovative and qualified projects developed inTurkey. The project Istanbul, the first step of theStrategic Cooperation Agreement signed betweenDalian Wanda Group and Mar Construction Group,will be operational in 2018. In addition to serving as a150-room hotel, the project Istanbul will also undertake the management of 300 residence apartmentslocated in the hotel building.
